           1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. it does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

 Although you may feel like you are alone know that even in the midst of what has happened to you, God is still in control. Start the healing process by writing. It soothes your spirit.Write how you feel even if it hurts and ask God to heal the pain and remove the memories from your mind.

Don't allow unforgiveness to dwell in your heart because it then turns from hurt to pain, from pain to anger, and from anger to rage. Once rage rises up you then are no longer in control of your life.

Pray this prayer today and ask God to release the pain.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come asking that you forgive me of my sins known and unknown. Lord I ask that you forgive my accuser of the harm he/she has caused me. Teach me to forgive him/her for what he/she has caused me. Please release the hurt/pain that I have and help me to relive life. reveal to me my purpose in life and help me to re establish my faith in you. Lord I thank you in advance for Victory to overcome this and give me the wisdom and the knowledge to help others. I give you all the Glory, all the praise do your name.
